Word on the street is the 718 GT4 will get the same engine treatment as the GT4 Clubsport, meaning the 3.8L from the 981 will live on. Which is a good thing, because that motor sounds blessed.

Can’t say I wasn’t hoping for a detuned 4.0 from the GT3, but yes, it’s a fine engine.
